Brandy cocktails you should know

Almond Blossom Crusta

3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz orgeat
1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
