Brandy cocktails you should know

Antilles Cocktail

1 dash orange flower water
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
