Brandy cocktails you should know

Bayou

1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz mango nectar, or 6 fresh mango chunks
1/4 oz peach liqueur
2 oz Brandy

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin (if using fresh mango, gently muddle), add ice and shake until thoroughly chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice.
