Brandy cocktails you should know
East India Cocktail
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/4 oz pineapple syrup
1/4 oz curaçao
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted. Garnish with a lemon peel.
