Brandy cocktails you should know

1/4 oz Benedictine
1 1/2 sweet vermouth
1 1/2 Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel
