Brandy cocktails you should know

Little Miss Annabelle

1 dash Peychaud's bitters
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz Benedictine
1/4 oz pear liqueur
2 Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. No Garnish.
