Brandy cocktails you should know

Night Owl

1/2 oz medium sherry
1/2 oz Punt e Mes
1/4 oz arrack
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. No Garnish.
