Brandy cocktails you should know
None but the Brave
1/2 oz lemon juice
1⁄4 oz simple syrup
1⁄2 oz allspice liqueur
1⁄2 oz Jamaican rum
11⁄2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
soda
Combine ingredients (except for soda) in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and gently shake to chill and dilute, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
