Brandy cocktails you should know

Polonaise

2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz dry sherry
1/2 oz creme de mure
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice.
