Brandy cocktails you should know
Real Georgia Mint Julep
pinch of mint
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz peach liquer
2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Gently massage the pinch of mint and add mint and simple syrup to a julep cup. Use a barspoon to rub the mint and simple along the walls of the glass. Add the peach liqueur and brandy to the glass and fill with finely crushed ice. Use the bar spoon to swizzle the mixture until frost forms on the outside of the cup. Top with more finely crushed ice and garnish with a few mint leaves and powdered sugar.
