Brandy cocktails you should know

Round Robin

1 egg white
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz absinthe
1 1/2 oz Brandy

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass.
