Brandy cocktails you should know

South Pacific

1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz creme de menthe
1 1/2 oz Brandy Sainte Louise

Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a stick of fresh pineapple.
