RICOU SPIRITS

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until properly chilled and diluted, strain and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters to the mixing glass to create a variation called the Brandt Cocktail.
