Brandy cocktails you should know
Bird’s Eye View
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
3/4 oz passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz lime juice
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
Combine ingredients in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice, shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice. Garnish with sprigs of mint and a fresh pineapple wedge.
