Brandy cocktails you should know
Brooklyn Bastard
5 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes absinthe
1 oz lime juice
1/4 oz ginger syrup
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz China China
3/4 oz Brandy Sainte Louise
3/4 oz Bourbon
soda
Combine ingredients (except for soda) in a shaking tin, add 1 piece of ice and shake until chilled and diluted, strain and serve in a tumbler filled with fresh ice, and top with soda. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and sprigs of mint.
